Raising a ticket by email is easy, simply send an email with your question or problem to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a confirmation that your ticket has been logged, and an agent will look at your ticket and get back to you.

Using the Support Portal
You can log into the OGEL IT support portal to raise a ticket (you're already here), simple browse to support.ogelit.com, log in and click 'New Support Ticket'.
