Sign up

When you first sign up for an OGEL IT helpdesk account, click 'Sign up', enter your work email address and complete the form. 

Once complete, you will receive an activation email. If you have any problems signing up, please get in touch via phone or email.

Log in

When you log in to the OGEL IT helpdesk, please make sure you use the email address you signed up with (your work email address). 

If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgot your password?' and you will receive an email that will let you reset it. If you have any problems, give us a call or email us and we can reset it for you.
